Join us for the return of the Cleveland Uncorked: An International Wine Experience! This weekend is dedicated to wine lovers. Three full days of education, tastings, pairings, live music, dinners and specialty courses led by sommeliers and wine experts from around the world.

All tickets are à la carte. Customize your weekend experience by choosing the events and expert-led courses that you'd like to attend below.

Weekend Schedule:

Welcome Reception - Friday, April 28th | 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Kick off the weekend by meeting and mingling with Top Wine Specialists and Sommeliers from across the country.

$80 per person.

Ticket includes:

- Five Course progressive food and wine pairing

- Complimentary wine glass to use for the weekend

Classes & Grand Tasting - Saturday, April 29th | 11:00am - 6:00pm

Spend the afternoon attending an educational wine course from the class selection below (classes begin at 11:00 am). Head straight from classes into the Grand Tasting at 3:00pm.

$130 per person Early Bird pricing until April 1st.

$150 per person after April 1st.

1. Food & Wine Pairing (11:00am and 1:00pm)

Hosted by Jackson Family Wines

A discussion about wine pairing between Lago East Bank's Executive Chef, David Smith and a Master Sommelier. Learn about pairing wines while tasting a chef-prepared dish with curated wines to pair with various components. Discuss pairing appropriate wines with acidity, salty, and sweet dishes.

2. Champagne 101, $15+ upgrade (1:00pm)

Hosted by Moet Hennessy

Learn about different champagnes and sparkling wines through tasting premium selections and comparing the different styles; Grand Brut, Rose, Demi Sec, Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de Noir.

3. Taste of Tuscany (11:00 am and 1:00pm)

Hosted by Lux Wines.

A taste of premium Tuscan wines. Compare and contrast two Sangiovese based wines and then compare and contrast two Bordeaux based wines.

4. The Sommelier Experience , $30+ upgrade (1:00pm)

Our VIP experience. A tasting of curated wines from our reserve list selected by and discussed with indsutry professionals.

Grand Tasting (3:00 - 6:00pm)

- Selection of 48 wines to sample and enjoy.

- Wine Passport included for tastings and food samples.

- Souvenir wine glass included

Jackson Family Wine Three Course Dinner - Saturday, April 29th | 7:00 pm

$102 per person. Gratuity included in ticket price. Limited seats available.

- Three course menu with wine pairings

Lux Italian Wine Three Course Dinner - Saturday, April 29th | 7:00pm

$125 per person. Gratuity included in ticket price. Limited seats available.

Ticket includes:

- Three course menu with wine pairings

- Chopped salad with house bread

- Duck Mousse

-Sliced Ribeye with Pesto Papardelle and Blistered Tomatoes

-Scallop Saltimbocca

- All entrees are served with house bread and whipped butter

- Family style dessert tray

Chandon Bubbles & Brunch - Sunday, April 30th | 11:00am - 12:30 pm

$59 per person (includes gratuity)

Ticket includes:

- Tasting of five Chandon bubbles, including a welcome champagne

- Chandon By the Bay, Chandon Garden Spritz, Chandon Brut, Chandon Demi Sec

- Trio Brunch Selection from Lago East Bank

VIP Caviar Ticket. $99 total per person (includes gratuity). Select the VIP Cavair add-on after purchasing a regular brunch ticket (+$40)

Refund Policy

All tickets are final sale. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your tickets to another person. To transfer tickets to another person, please email kelsey@salernogroup.com. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable. Due to the preparation and programming for this event, absolutely no exceptions can be made regarding the refund policy.
